1. Mixing & Feeding Machine
- The mixing bucket is crafted from 304 stainless steel with a material thickness of 2.5mm, ensuring durability and food safety.
- Equipped with a double-layer cylinder (diameter: 600mm) with a stainless steel cover, enabling cooling water circulation for heat preservation.
- A rotor pump is adopted to convey slurry to the hopper, realizing smooth and precise material feeding.
- Controlled by PLC and touch screen for easy operation and parameter adjustment.

2. Depositing Machine
- Features stainless steel syringe grouting, with the syringe cooled by cooling water to maintain material stability.
- The injection valve core is made of solid aluminum alloy and stainless steel, also cooling water-cooled for reliable performance.
- Supports automatic cleaning and detachable design for convenient maintenance and hygiene.
- Cylinder-powered grouting with adjustable product weight to meet different specifications.

3. Natural Gas Copper Plate Oven
- Adopts a 10mm thick polished purple copper plate, with a working width of 150mm and length of 1370mm, ensuring uniform heating.
- Heat pipe heating (natural gas) with automatic temperature control and PLC control system for precise temperature management.
- Equipped with cake spatula, automatic cake flipping device, cake dropping and sorting device.
- Installed with two sets of oil spraying devices, oil wiping devices, and one set of oil injection device to ensure proper oiling.
- Driven by servo motor for stable operation; electrical appliances use quick-installation plugs for easy maintenance.
