Roller Sheeting And Cutting Machine

Feed the mixed dough into the machine. Through three gauge rollers and a rotary cutter, the dough is formed into biscuit shapes in one step, then conveyed to the oven for final baking—producing mid-range, high-end or thin crispy biscuits.

(for soft biscuit forming)

Feed the mixed dough into the machine. Via the rotary moulder, the dough is formed into biscuit blanks in one step, which are then conveyed to baking ovens for final processing—yielding various mid-range and high-end biscuits.

Sugar/Salt Sprinking Machine

To meet the diverse needs of consumers, the surface of the formed biscuit blanks is evenly sprinkled with sugar, salt or sesame seeds—effectively enhancing the flavor and overall quality of the final biscuits.

Gas/Electric Heating Oven

Direct-flame gas oven delivers flawless baking results for biscuits, imparting an appealing golden color and rich aroma. It is suitable for various shapes of soft biscuits, hard biscuits, soda biscuits, as well as bread and cakes.

Biscuit Stacking Machine

This biscuit stacking machine receives biscuits from the cooling conveyor, arranges them into orderly lanes, and uses a star wheel mechanism to stack the biscuits on their edges—before conveying them smoothly to the packaging conveyor.
