Introduction

Ice slurry is a unique chilling medium and is formed out of seawater of a mixture of fresh water and salt. The microscopic crystals form a suspension in seawater in any required concentration.

1. Ultra-strong refrigeration, it can fully contact with refrigerated materials, and can even flow into the internal space. In all known ice bodies, the contact and heat transfer area between the flowing ice and the cooled object is almost 100%, which can fully wrap the preservation items, and the cooling time is shorter and faster.

2. Highly controllable, soft ice, flowing, will not harm the refrigerated material. Unlike other ice shapes, the ice slurry machine can adjust the ratio of water solution to ice to obtain the ideal ice temperature and ice concentration.

3. Save labor and time, because of its good fluidity, the flow ice can be pumped to the freezing point through a hose or pipe. Ice transportation is more convenient, greatly saving the cost of manual operation.

Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual are provided to guide the installation.

FAQ

Q1-What should I prepare to buy the ice machine from you? 

(1) We will need to confirm your exact requirement on the ice machine's daily capacity, how many tons of ice do you want to produce/consume per day? 
(2) The power/water confirmation, for most big ice machines, will need run under 3 Phase industrial use power, most Europ/Asia countries is 380V/50Hz/3P, most North and South America countries are using 220V/60Hz/3P, please confirm with our salesman and make sure it is available in your factory.
(3) With all above details confirmed, then we are able to provide you the exact quotation and proposal, a Proforma Invoice will be provided to guide you the payment.
(4) After the production done, the salesman will send you test pictures or videos to confirm the ice machines, then you can arrange the balance and we will arrange the delivery for you. All documents including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List will be provided for your importation.

Q2-What is the lifespan of the machine?

It can be used for 8-10 years under normal circumstances. The machine should be installed in a well-ventilated environment without corrosive gases and liquids. Usually, pay attention to the cleaning of the machine.

Q3-What type of refrigerant are you using?

The use of refrigerant is determined according to the model. R22, R404A, and R507A are routinely used. If your country has special requirements for refrigerants, you can tell me. 

Q4- Do I still need to add refrigerant and refrigeration oil to the machine I received?

No need, we have added refrigerant and refrigerating oil according to the standard when the machine leaves the factory, you only need to connect water and electricity to use.

Q5-What if I buy your ice machine, but I cannot find the solution for the problem? 

All ice machines come out with at least 12 months warranty. If the machine breaks down in 12 months, we will send the parts for free, even send the technician over if situation needed. When beyond the warranty, we will supply the parts and service only for factory cost. Please provide the copy of Sales Contract and describe the problems appeared.
